I found this article because I had no idea what you were talking about. https://coinadvisor.com/2016-w-2019-silver-eagle-30th-anniversary-edge-lettered-pcgs-pr70-dcam-w-p-mint-hoard

Looks like a bit of a novelty? Its's the same coin but in a special holder, correct?  What set were you thinking should have a slot for this?

I did not realize how many different pedigree's NGC had for the same coins.  Even still, I'm not sure if they would consider the 2016-W (2019) Mint Hoard as one that belongs in this set (their decisions surprise me often). But it certainly sounds like a collectible item to me, if you are collecting all the different pedigrees.

Will a new slot be given for this coin. Drillermichael

Hello and thank you for the request, Drillermichael.

The coin you mention is eligible in the 2016 W PF slot in that set. Due to its rarity, it would not receive a separate slot at this point.

This coin was released from the west Point Mint in a complete green box so the coin is not that rare. I do not Know how many NGC and PCGS has certified but they seem to readily available. I mysrlf have two of these coins. That being said a slot should be made available for this coin designation. thanks for your reply

We may revisit the idea of a separate slot in the future, as more are graded. Thank you.
