You did not post a  picture of the reverse, so I cannot comment on what may or may not be on that side, but I can tell you what I see from the obverse picture. There were two varieties of Anthony dollar minted in 1979: the Near Date or Wide Rim, and the Far Date or Narrow Rim. Yours is the Far Date/Narrow Rim variety, which is the more common of the two. Even though these coins are rarely encountered in circulation any more, they are common enough to not garner any premium, and so they are worth face value only: one dollar.
