STAR KENNEDY BUSINESS STRIKE 1 1

Many times a business strike  Kennedy Half  will garner a Star from NGC when it has extraordinary color toning. I recently acquired a 1966 business strike Kennedy that earned a star, although it is pure white.  What would the STAR denote here?

"Exceptional eye appeal", or "almost cameo" are the two possibilities that come to my mind for a 1966 Kennedy half.
