1897-0 Morgan not genuine, Fake counterfeit 0

I recently sent a 1897-O Morgan to NGC for grading. To my surprise , its not Genuine! I bought it off ebay from one of the more reputable coin dealers. Has anyone had similar experiences? what would be a good next step?

Get a refund from the reputable coin dealer.

I wouldn't name the reputable dealer unless they baulk a giving you a refund.  Anyone can make a mistakeand there is no point in casting aspersions on someone's reputaion for something that might be an innocent error.
