1943 Wheat copper penny

Hi.  I’m in the doubt of this coin if it’s an authentic or just a copy?

It doesn’t stick to the magnet. 

Weights 3.09g last time I took it from the plastic. 

but I still have my doubt I don’t know why

That appears to be a die-struck counterfeit. The composition and weight may very well be correct, as unstruck US Mint planchets of the pre-1982 standard are not rare.
