I recently purchased a 4-coin set of, 1861 "Confederate Cent Smithsonian "Restrike" Private Issue struck 2011" that are NGC slabbed. 

The grade shown is "Gem Proof" but there is no serial number on the slab.  How do I add these to my sets?  Is there a set for such coins?

Tried doing some research on them but am finding little info and some is conflicting.

These coins are not eligible for the NGC competitive Registry. We will send you directions on how to create a Custom NGC Registry set, in case you wish to create one. We will also send you directions on how to add them to your inventory/Collection Manager. Please let us know when we may assist next.
