Is this a d over d mint mark

Hi Manuel,

Unfortunately, I don't think that's a D/D mint mark.  I think what you have is machine doubling, also called strike doubling.  If you look closely, you can also see some shelf-like doubling on the numerals in the date, which is similar to what is on the mint mark.  That shelf-like appearance is a textbook indicator of machine doubling.
