2000 us Virginia state quarter silver no cladding mint mark D

Hi I received thi. 2000 Virgina state quarter as change and have been unable to get one piece of information on it. It looks like a normal quarter except all silver no copper showing. The quarter looks like there is no layering in the blank only silver, it weigh 5.769 grams and has a mint mark of D. I can find it with an S mint mark but not a D.

Many of the state quarters were plated by sellers of novelty sets, and that's what you have.
