Submitting SMS coins 0

The coins sent in for grading, are they required to remain in the original holder?

If so, what needs to happen to the other non-graded coins prior to shipment to NGC?...Remove the non-graded coins from the cello? Or leave them in the original cello?

I have already read those instructions, it doesn't specifically state how to handle sms submission.
