Looking thru my pocket change today appears double die on motto,date as well as over mint punch double D!

Well, Mason, there are two 1976-D Doubled Die Washington Quarters, your coin does not appear to be either one.  I'm not seeing any doubling on the places that you have stated based on your photos, and the recognized varieties show the doubling on the Liberty, not the date and the motto.  I do see what you're saying about the mint mark, but I don't think it's an RPM.....I think what you have is machine doubling on the mint mark.  That's something I've seen on many Washington Quarters from the 1960's and 1970's.  It's possible that you have machine doubling in other places on the coin that doesn't show up in the photos due to the relatively poor quality of the images provided.  But I'm not seeing anything that would indicate the errors you mentioned.  Here are the Variety Plus pages on the 1976-D Doubled Die quarters provided by our host:
