Found this in circulation. Very reflective(hard to see in pictures) with a very thick and square rim. Was wondering if it is a proof?

Can't tell from the pics, but from one, looks like it is pinched between finger and thumb. If it were a proof, and if that's how it was handled, it just lost several grades thanks to that.

It's circulated, so it doesn't matter... i wasnt looking to get it graded i was just wondering if it was a proof
