What about the bottom of the B in liberty it has extra piece of metal there does that mean anything

There is no satin finish coin in 1964

I do not se anything that is unusual for this coin - though it is 90% silver ( yay) 

and it is NOT an accented hair variety

Agreed.  Normal 90% silver 1964 Kennedy Half.  Nothing unusual about it.
