1969 s missing fFG is it rare

I've heard of the 1969-D missing the FG, but this is the first I've heard of this error on a 1969-S.  I believe that the 1969-D without the FG is about a $15 coin in circulated grades.  I'm not sure about the 1969-S though.  Maybe someone else will have heard of this error and will have more information.

Most likely going to be a grease filled die or some serious die polishing that removed the letters. Collectable, but probably not worth much. Varieties like that have to be plentiful enough to be popular in order for people to be interested in obtaining one. Then demand will drive the price up. Cool find, though.

I have one put up with Lincoln errors...I believe it was a grease filled die error...

Not sure value, if one wants something, one pays more, some could care less....either way...good job cool!!
