Can't add 2016 Silver Kennedy to Kennedy set 0

I just added my 2016 S Silver 50C Limited Edition Set PF 69 Ultra Cameo to my list of coins, but it doesn't appear as being available to add to my " Kennedy Half Dollars, 1964-Date, Proof Issue " set.

I tried adding it directly by the registry number, and it won't add.

Is there a reason for this?  I haven't had this kind of problem before....

I believe there is a freeze on right now for adding coins to your registry set.  It happens every year at this time while NGC issues their awards.  The freeze will be lifted today at 10:00am EST.
