1943 steel quetionable

Has any one seen a. 1943 steel ? Could this be a error coin to be graded?

I'm not sure if you are asking if this particular coin is an error, (It isn't, as far as I can see) or if all 1943 steel cents are an error ( They aren't- aside from a handful of off-metal error coins, all 1943 cents were zinc coated steel.)

1943 No Copper was used due to the war The copper was being used for bullets, so hence steel pennies!  Your History lesson for today
