IndependentLLC Posted June 6, 2018 Share Posted June 6, 2018 I purchased a few 1884-S Morgan Dollars from eBay a few weeks ago. I have concerns that 2 of the 6 have been cleaned and polished. If that's true, the value dramatically decreased. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to check if its been cleaned before sending to NGC? Any suggestions or information is hugely appreciated!
