1815 or 1813? Capped Bust Half in Rough Shape

Hey, I am New to this forum,and to coin collecting in general. I just inherited a coin collection and found this one, looking for some help with the date.

Aww, poor coin.

Welcome to the forum.  Only a few of the 1813 die marriages are considered rare, with some R4s, and one R5. It may not be possible to attribute this coin, due to its condition, so it would probably only bring melt value or slightly over if it were sold. Looks like a good candidate for a pocket piece, to me. It would be a cool coin to show off to friends and youngsters.

I'm in the 13 camp as the semi-serif of the 3 is pronounced.

I believe it's an 1813.
