When is Two Months on an EXPRESS NGC Grading a GOOD THING?

"Ask NGC" Thread

This "coin" was dropped off 02/28, at Long Beach, using the "Express" teir.

I just called yesterday, and although progress is being made... more time is needed! My attitude? "NGC, take all the time you want!"

Hopefully though... more info. soon! cloud9.gif

I choose NGC due to their ability to have the industry's best Numismatists on hand for evaluation.

They are known to have an excellent working relationship with the top experts in their fields.

They also are collector friendly and when the news breaks on this one, as it most certainly will, I wanted NGC to be a part of it rather than any other Service.

I've got to say, you're really excited about your Wisconsin Cow State Quarter discovery coin. devil.gif

Knowing what the variety is, I can fully understand NGC taking so long. They're going to put their butt on the line in a big and public way if they slab it.

Bravo, Pat! I would feel the same way if I were in your shoes. I am just as anxious to learn the results as you and the others.

NGC is not only collector-friendly, they are downright nice people. As a matter of fact, they are so nice they continue to allow Greg to hang around. bumpit.gif I only wish that they would add a 893censored-thumb.gificon just for him! 27_laughing.gif27_laughing.gif27_laughing.gif27_laughing.gif27_laughing.gif

My recent grading submission went through under my ANA membership #. I had specifically submitted it using my CS acct. (NGC #). Now, I am informed that because it is listed under my ANA account number, I can not track the order online. This is a little weird and no one will change it for me. All of my other submissions have gone through as CS acct. numbers. I do not know why this one did not?
