FB or not FB?

FB is really hard to adequately capture in photos, however.

I'd mostly be flipping a coin, but it certainly looks like it has a shot at FB. I agree it is hard to tell from pictures. At the margins, it's extremely hard to tell in person too.

I am sure it is just the picture, but his neck line looks thicker than normal and the R, T, and Y, look interesting to me. like I said i am sure its just the photo angle

Based on the image I'd say the lower bands look solid, but the upper bands are soft and not detailed enough for FB, if you're looking to FB at PCGS. Similar at NGC for FT. Upper bands might hold it back...based on the image.

 

Are the upper bands fully split?
