Interesting article and well stated. Additionally, I believe that in the case of Coronet Double Eagles, the low pricing (5) years ago did not reflect the absolute scarcity of certified coins with decent eye appeal in grades at or above MS63. This coupled with the market pressures of a greatly increased collector base has driven price levels much higher.
