How come DHRC is an authorized dealer if they don't submit coins to PCGS?

I have a question that bothers me.If DHRC doesn't submit coins to PCGS why are they an authorized PCGS dealer

Who says they don't submit on someone else's behalf?

Don't a couple of the head NGC people have there hand at Heritage?Also is it me or is that a LARGE conflict of intrest The fact David Hall owns a company that both submits coins to PCGS and only sells PCGS coins?That disturbs me deeply.

Personally I think if you work at a grading company I don't care who you are you should NOT deal in coins.I don't care if it is a grader to the president to the guys in the recieving department.Sorry for the plug here I know it is not good to say this on an NGC board but this is one of the reasons why I like ICG.Ok end of

Obviosly this matter doesn't worry people as much as me.Then when PCGS has some big scam going on and there slabs become worthless I will say I told you so.(That was my conspiracy side talking there)
