Designation reviews

Does NGC allow people to send in a coin that is slabbed by NGC that they think should have the CAM designation but isn't on the holder now? Also if you do allow it what does it cost to send in for desig. review? Thanks for taking the time to answer.

MB,

You can submit your previously certified NGC coins for Designation Review. The fee is $10 per coin. The coin will be inspected for the designation you are requesting. If the coin meets the requirements for the designation, the label will be changed to reflect that change, otherwise, the coin will be returned with the original determination.

When filling out your submission form, check off the box for "Designation Review".
