Hello again have had this coin for some time and have never really looked close

enough. But has anybody seen this on 1997 P matte Proof jefferson before.

The image does not look that great because I am still learning with my new toy.

 

But it is on the coin which had a mintage of 25,000.

 

I am kinda curious to know how many dies would the mint make if they new that the run was only going to be 25,000?

 

One good one and five gouged ones or is it the other way around?

 

If it went bayou then itwentbyme too.
