How do you know this was the "fast" quadriga, instead of the more luxurious "touring" quadriga?

That would make sense: rosh = head or first in Hebrew. Melqart being one of the key Carthaginian deities, his name being found for instance in that of Hamilcar Barca (whose time of course is later than this coin's). Interesting and very appealing piece, great detail on display.
