1859-o liberty seated half dollar

hi, i have a 1859-o liberty seated half dollar .the drapery at the elbow is just a small dot not full drapery. its not worn down its just not there. would this be a mint error or a variety plus ? i tried to upload the pictures but it keeps telling me they are to big. i don"t know to make them smaller. also the coins looks to be vf. thanks
