I put up a small site with text, basically summarizing the whole Ebay-China problem. I fully and openly encourage you to send it out to as many people as possible. Let's get the word out on this. The bottom line is Ebay doesn't seem to concerned with this problem, at least not enough to do anything about it.This being the case, the only way to stop it from happening is to ruin the sales for these scam artists. Show them it isn't profitable to do, and they'll eventually move on. The address for the site is http://home.comcast.net/~rothschild28/coinfraud. I put it like this in case the LINKdoesn't work !

Addendum : When I say "ruin the sales for these scam artists", I mean the sellers located in China, NOT Ebay.
