I don't think there is any way around accepting returns; had one of those recently where the buyer made a bunch of false statements also in an item not as described case so he wouldn't have to pay the return shipping also. If warranted report buyer to ebay, etc..

The OP could have shipped him a sealed roll directly from the mint, the buyer could open and search it and STILL have returned it even though it was no longer the mint sealed roll that was listed (Seller get back something demonstrably different than what he sent). There is no such thing as "no returns" on ebay no matter what you put in the description.

 

Are we done with this year old thread now?
