Mechanical error of certified coin corrected fast

I got an email yesterday that a coin which had been certified was shipping with the others; the problem was that when I checked one of the coins it was listed on the invoice and on image verification as a $10 gold coin not a $5 coin. So I emailed Angel G. in shipping that I think there was a mechanical error, this was after 3 pm.. He was able to catch the invoice in shipping, get the coin corrected with a label and slab for the $5 coin and ship it out by the deadline!~ Amazing!
