Question about submission of Varieties to NGC

I submited some Lincoln varieties to NGC (68D DDO, 68S DDO and 70S TDO)

 

The gradeds posted today and I did'nt see any of the varieties that I had noted.

 

Did I make a mistake by not clicking the Varity button and paying $7

 

Or the report just did'nt list them and it will be on the holder?

 

What Varities must paid for?

ASAIK, NGC will list the variety info on the insert for free if the variety is listed in the Redbook.

 

If it is listed in The CherryPickers Guide, then you will have to pay the $7 variety fee.

 

If it is not listed in either, you might have a hard time getting the variety recognized at NGC unless you submit it under the Mint Error service and then you still might have a hard time.
