cannot add coins to set

Unless the procedure has changed I cannot add coins new coins to a slot in the Jefferson 38 -now or 65-present. I have tried for several days to add a 1973 Jefferson and cannot make a change. Also doesn't allow comments to be entered. I can enter the cert# and choose ngc/pcgs. and save and nothing cahnges. All buttons to select the coins available for all slots show there are NO coins available for any slot????
