Is this a restrike?

I have done what research I can to no avail. Can somebody identify this coin as a restrike. I assume that it is but want to make sure before tossing it in to my junk drawer. Thank you for your time in advance.

Looks like a 1769 Hungary Taler. It has a fairly common design look to it, but right now I don't have a book in front of me to check, but I'd guess it has a value of around $40-$50.

Krause doesn't mention anything about restrikes for this coin (KM#386.1), 28.06g of .833 silver, about 40mm. That was a pretty good estimate Greg (I wouldn't accuse you of "guessing"). Krause says $25 F - $45 VF. (XF that one isn't.)
