NGC Turnaround times and show days

I know PCGS doesn't count show days towards turnaround times. I cannot find anything on NGC's policy on this... anybody know? I see econ is at 21 days, I'm at ten days if show days don't count towards this, or 5 days if they do.

Show days are added to the delay. Even at 21 days, weekends, holidays or any other day off adds to the delay.

 

I like to give them a month (at 21 day) before I even start to look. If you peek too soon you'll just get frustrated.

So show days, plus Labor day... oh f me, . Mid september then, I guess? Ugh.

My econ submission @ ANA on 8/8 is in grading as of yesterday, so show or no show the timings seem pretty good.
