This is simply outstanding. Perhaps we could all chip in and send him a prison care package with some chewing gum, cigarettes, and a nice soothing ointment.

I was beginning to think PayPal and E-Bay were ignoring these crooks.

I'm still getting "spoofs" (twice today alone) from a company named

"phonebuyer" BE AWARE and ALERT !!!

I really hope that this guy gets at least 3 enormous Boyfriends where

he's going. If he needs KY, I'd be happy to send it to him, with lots

of sand in it.!!

So what do any of you think happened with this seller?

How does a seller amass 1800 positive feedbacks with only 6 negs before receiving 50 negs in his last month of sales in October? I'm guessing that some unfortunate event has occurred for this seller. It's possible that this seller may have suffered some lind of health problem or a family member may have passed away.

The seller has only been charged and it's very likely he owned the house and cars through his other 1800 sales and from whatever means. The buyers have justifiably made their complaints, the arrest was made and now the seller will get his chance to sort things out in court.

On the other hand, one bad selling tactic is selling stuff before you have it. I'm aware of one seller who sold video and DVD movies and he basically made promises to deliver. But when the tapes stopped coming in that's when he got in trouble.

I had a simular seller do the same. He had near perfect feedback when I had bid in his auctions but when he didn't deliver, many buyers left feedback. But fortunately, through persistence and after 4 years of emails, I did finally receive my refund of $216.
