I'm certainly not going to call and bother anyone over one token but I am anxious to get my grade!!

Call them goose! I can tell you that the last time I sent a token in, it took Brian Sillman 3 weeks to get around to looking at it once the order was listed as "grading." It drove me nuts! Then it got stuck in "quality control" for several days! That drove me crazy! With several phone calls during all of this, and a very kind Danielle flowerred.gif, I finally got my grades, including the token. It was tough to endure. That token put a wait for me on an economy order of 8 weeks from receipt of the submission! About drove me out of my mind! insane.gif

I had to use the "earlybird"?? because I only had one to submit. It should be near done.
