Best way to catalog a collection for the computer phobic

First let me say, there's nothing like the use of a good ole US postage stamp! 27_laughing.gif

But you might have to do the rest. Just have your dad make a list of coins by denomination, date and grade and have him send it to you.

I used to use 8-1/2 x 11" accounting ledger sheets years ago. It already has all the columns for date, MM, grade, cert #, cost, etc, etc. That way he can enter the data, xerox them and mail them or FAX them to you. Plus he can keep them in a notebook.

great ideas and make sure to add an extra few spaces or columns in case you want to do a little write up along with other information and make sure you make a copy of everything before you mail it
