can't add pictures to my registry set..?

for the last week I can't seem to be able to add photos to my registry set..

 

i've done that multiple times before, but the few last days every time i try to add a pic, the page is just loading and loading for the longest time, then always shows this error message:

 

"An error occurred during your last request. The error was logged and will be reported to the webmaster automatically.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience. "
