mystery coin from 1682

Have had this copper coin for many years, and have not been able to identify it.

One side reads: GRON EI OML 1682

and the other has a crest.

Professionals have not been able to identify this coin. Would appreciate any help or leads to someone who can; thank you.

Netherlands, Groningen and Ommeland province, 1682. Appears to be a 1 Duit copper, KM#35 .. $5-$10 catalog value.
