Holder question

I've got an MS 64 1882 S Morgan, nice peripheral toning, in an "Ofiicial ANA Grade" Holder that looks like an ANACS holder, and has an American Numismatic Association hologram on the back. Can anyone tell me about this and approximately when could this coin have been holdered?

I thought the ones that said "Official ANA grade" were from back when the ANA actually owned ANACS. They sold it sometime around 1991-1992, IIRC.

 

The older ones have letters in the certification number and not just numbers. I have a couple of these older holders, but I am by no means an expert, so I could easily be wrong.
