FE and IHC Photo-seal/CAC experiences

CAC reviews very recently encapsulated coins, as well as older ones. And the turnaround time is usually less than a week after the coin is received.

The post to which you referred probably meant that CAC is less likely than NGC or PCGS to view a coin, right at the time of encapsulation.

So there's nothing that says someone cannot submit to NGC/PCGS and once he gets the coins back and then immediately send them off to CAC ?

Correct, but if CAC gets a OGH (original green holder), it has already been in the slab for 15 years. Many fake frost on DCAMs or putty on gold coins will start turning funny colors after 5 years.
