The cent, while interesting due to appearing double struck, looks to have bad corrossion.

 

The Columbia looks nice (MS66?), but they can be found in nice condition. Another will come along.

I agree with Greg in that the cent has widespread and severe (in spots) corrosion. As for the Columbia half dollar, they come nice, and if you want a white one like that you just have to dip a lightly toned piece, like that one had been dipped.
