Have you got a pic of the cent, PCI is known to be a liitle easy in grading. If it would cross over to NGC or PCGS you might have a winner.

Just my two cents worth.

Submit your coin to NGC or PCGS to get a better idea as to the grade. Since I cannot see the coin, I will assume that it is no better than a nice MS65 because of the holder, and associated grading standards that come with that holder, that it is in. I sincerely hope you paid no more than $30 for that coin.
