QUESTION:

 

Two USA commemorative coin issues minted in 1937 and 1997, respectively, have one feature in common. What is it?

QUESTION:

ANSWER:

 

The Robinson/Arkansas half dollar (dated 1936, but coined in 1937) and the 1997 Jackie Robinson silver dollar and half eagle both portray men named Robinson.

Sorry, but the flower on the New Rochelle half dollar is a fleur-de-lis, which is either a lily or an iris, not a rose. You still made a good observation, one that required I do a little research before answering.
