Return policy? I have a question!

Hi everyone

This seller lists it's return policy as such A 10 DAY NO QUESTIONS RETURN POLICY IS OFFERED AS WELL AS YOUR 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. Do you think I need to ask if they have a return policy? The wording "RETURN POLICY IS OFFERED" makes it sound like they have one but you need to ask for it! Also the statement implies that my 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE is being OFFERED as well.

I think you're reading too much into it but I can understand why you would question the wording. If there is any chance in your mind (and there obviously is), go ahead and ask for clarification.

 

Can't hurt and may save time/trouble later if there is more to it.

Perhaps you're right but maybe the seller should have just said, 'RETURN POLICY UPON REQUEST. YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED ONLY IF YOU LIKE IT.
