NGC MS68RD 2009 Formative Year Lincoln cent. NGC has graded just over 27,000 examples of the 09 Formative Years Lincoln with just 18 graded in MS68RD with none graded higher. It was not until Bob "robecsimages" took this picture that we realized it was a Wexler WDDR-002 making it even rarer.

I think the 23-S may have received the RD designation and the 13, I'm on the fence which means they most likely gave it an RB.

If the 23 is a 64 red that would be very nice. The 13 I think is a rb judging by your photo. Has either one been to JA?

The '23-S is a 64RB. I think it deserves full RD but it's a tough sell. Andy Skrabalak sent it in twice, expecting RD. But PCGS didn't agree.

The '13-S is a 65RB. No argument. Good guesses everyone. Lots of sharp eyes here.

Lance.

Just added this one to my 59-Date Lincoln circulation issued registry set. NGC has graded approximately 417 1996 D Lincoln Memorials with 89 being graded MS68RD and this lone example at MS68RD Proof like and none graded higher

Great newps, Jpcienkus, love the AU63 flyer, not as colorful as usual there Robert but still quite nice. Cool slab Hunter, here is one I never get tired of looking at. :)
