Hart's coins of the West Help needed (pics added)

Anyone know of any resources for the Hart's coins of the West series?

Maybe there will be more help if I add some pictures. Just trying to determine if it's authentic.

 

Here are a couple scans, there is a foreign substance on the obverse and these are scans so they don't show that there is actually some luster and more natural color. I haven't found my acetone from my move yet to soak it and see if that stuff comes off.

 

It passed the magnet test.

 

The diameter is between 12-13mm and weight right around 0.8 grams.
