Looking for values for a friend on the below coins.

 

Chinese 1988 12 oz. 100Y year of the dragon with case and COA - in capsule excellent condition

 

Chinese 1986 5 oz. Panda with case and COA - in capsule excellent condition

 

Russian 1980 28 coin Olympic set with case and COA - excellent condition.

 

These all are probably BU

 

Any suggestion on what they are worth will assist him in selling them.
