Does MS coin turn AU when used "silver polishing cloth"

Does MS coin turn AU when "silver polishing cloth" is used ?

 

No luster is present at the silver coin just dull silver but it appears UNC/MS so would it grade MS CLEANED or AU CLEANED ?

- Is there even such coin as MS/UNC CLEANED ?

The cloth you are describing does not seem like a good coin conservation technique. By rubbing a coin with a cloth you will most certainly be adding significant hairline scratches to the surface. These scratches will most likely add up to a coin that is determined to be cleaned in the marketplace. I would strongly suggest against using any kind of polishing cloth.
