Value of NGC Error?

I saw this auction on eBay and was wondering if this error adds anything to the value of the coins:

No added value. Minor labeling errors are fairly common at all the services.

Do they charge to correct the label?

 

I wonder if they would make you pay to re-holder if you wanted to move them to a multi-coin holder? Probably not, right? Since I'm guessing they would get new numbers anyway when going into the multi.

NGC will not charge you to reholder these coins with the correct date on the insert. They will charge for a reholder into the multi-coin holder.
