update on my pondering of selling my key dates.....One appears to be sold

I had this consigned to Wayne.

Funny thing is, I shopped this coin around at Pittsburgh and if I recall the BEST offer I had was 5500 or 6000 and virtually everyone wanted to knock it for the non full date even though it has a killer planchet! I never dreamed it would see 9K!

I think I may definitely unload some of my goodies here and there for a while.

you can't imagine what the difference is between my purchase price in 2003 V. selling price!

it's INSANE which makes me now lean towards selling my key dates if they are this hot.

I can. I'm stunned and saddened as this is one coin I'm still looking to add to my collection.

Goose, the market for key dates is indeed very hot. I sold a key date at Pittsburgh at a price equal to the highest auction price for that coin in 2 years. I now see it on the buyers website listed 50% higher. 893frustrated.gif
