Can anybody help me identifying this coin?

austria_1.jpg

I think it's an austrian 3 kreuzer from munich, but i need confirmation

obverse / IOSEPH D G R (3) I S A G H B R

reverse / ARCHIDVX - AVSTRIAE & 17 - 09

The problem that make me doubt is that the other specimen i saw of this coin has the (3) between the DG and the RIS , not like mine.

Thanx in advance

Looks like the Munich mint, KM1184, to me. The giveaway is the fancy border around the denomination and the shiled having what appears to be two horizontal bars on the left the three running NW-SW on the right.

Issues from 1705-1711 and valued at $10 in VG for all dates.

thank you both Truth and JamminJ. Probably Krause forgot to state that there are legend interruption varieties?

Krause usally has words to the effect "varieties exist" somewhere, so your coin is probably an unlisted sub-variety. I found one myslef on a pair of Leopold I 3 kreutzers. Both are the same design/year/mint but the legend is broken in different places by the denomination. I'll post a couple of pictures tionight.
